About the Role
The Account Executive role is where our vision meets execution. You’ll make sure the transition from “signed” to “successful” is smooth, strategic, and scalable. You will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring clarity, momentum, and great communication from kickoff to wrap‑up.
Responsibilities
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and expectations across internal teams while keeping projects running smoothly and strategically aligned.
- Lead client meetings, weekly reviews, and status updates with a focus on proactive planning and thoughtful relationship management.
- Collaborate with Digital Strategy to concept, launch, and optimize multichannel campaigns across paid social, search, display, and traditional media.
- Monitor campaign performance, interpret data, and translate insights into clear recommendations for clients and internal teams.
- Develop account plans, contribute to strategic thinking, and help identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships across client organizations and ensure both sides have what they need to execute at a high level.
- Support agency excellence by improving documentation, processes, and best practices.
- Handle occasional fast‑moving pivots or fire drills without losing composure or clarity.
Requirements
- Experienced in digital marketing or advertising, with 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in a marketing, media, or agency environment.
- Familiar with major digital platforms like Meta, Google Search/Display, YouTube, LinkedIn, and the tools that support them.
- Data-minded — able to interpret metrics, analyze performance, and turn insights into actionable next steps.
- Skilled at presenting information, whether in meetings, reports, or client-facing conversations.
- Proactive and self‑directed. You don’t wait for direction — you anticipate needs and get ahead of the work.
- Curious about digital trends and committed to staying sharp in a fast‑moving industry.
- Values great client experience but isn’t afraid to push back thoughtfully when needed.
- Must be able to commit to a full-time work schedule, which is 40 hours per week within the range of 8am–7pm ET business hours, Monday–Friday.
- Currently open to candidates based in the United States who do not require visa sponsorship.
