About the Role

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated Part-Time Pawn Retail & E-Commerce Assistant to support our retail pawn operations and growing online sales business. This role is perfect for individuals experienced in selling on platforms like eBay, with a keen interest in jewelry, electronics, luxury goods, collectibles, and unique merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate and engaging listings for eBay and other online marketplaces.
• Photograph merchandise using company standards.
• Write detailed product descriptions highlighting condition, features, and specifications.
• Research current market values and competitive pricing.
• Manage online inventory and update listings as needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries and messages promptly.
• Package and ship online orders accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor online sales performance and recommend pricing adjustments.
• Assist customers in-store.
• Manage inventory.
