  • You contribute your professional perspective to the development of the communication strategy in coordination with marketing and are responsible for its operational implementation around workshops and events.
  • You support experts in the organizational and communicative implementation of their workshops on company succession.
  • You evaluate feedback and event key figures and transfer the findings into reusable processes, templates, and checklists.

Requirements

  • Experience with professional events, B2B events, networking formats, conferences, or workshops.
  • Proficiency in coordinating various internal and external stakeholders.

  • Very good German language skills and professional, reliable communication.
  • A structured and independent way of working with a good sense for deadlines and details.
  • The ability to remain calm during short-term changes, set priorities, and pragmatically implement solutions.
  • A good sense for preparing complex professional content in an understandable and target-group-oriented manner.
  • Confident use of digital project, communication, and event tools.
  • Willingness to undertake occasional business trips and some evening appointments.
  • We are not focused on a specific educational or study degree. We are interested in the events you have independently managed, your approach, and the decisions you made during unexpected changes.
