About the Role
You will build the field of funding and financing for business succession from scratch. You will develop the professional orientation of the project and decide which funding and financing issues to address, creating reliable information resources. You will work closely with finance and M&A expertise and contribute your knowledge in workshops and events.
Responsibilities
- Develop workshops, information resources, and digital orientation aids on funding and financing for business succession.
- Communicate complex funding and financing topics clearly in workshops, events, and professional formats.
- Research and analyze grants, funding loans, guarantees, and other public financing instruments for business succession, investments, and operational transformations.
- Develop content for the project website, digital platform, and other publicly accessible information formats.
- Collaborate closely with the finance and M&A lead to demonstrate how public and private financing components can work together.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of practical experience with funding programs or public financing instruments.
- Solid understanding of business administration and finance.
- Experience in successfully applying for and implementing public funding projects for medium-sized companies, particularly in innovation, digitalization, energy efficiency, and energy-related renovations.
- Ability to independently research, review, classify funding conditions, and communicate complex financial topics clearly and practically.
- Experience in designing and conducting workshops, information formats, or professional events.
- Very good German language skills and secure professional communication.
- Structured, conscientious, and independent work style.
- Reflective use of digital research tools, automation, and AI.
- Proactive approach to new questions with initiative and genuine desire to shape.
