  • Practically prepare typical valuation methods, financing models, deal structures, and transaction phases.
  • Develop content for the project website, digital platform, and other publicly accessible information formats.
  • Collaborate with the specialist responsible for funding and demonstrate how public and private financing components can interact.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of practical experience in M&A, corporate finance, business financing, transaction advisory, or business succession.
  • In-depth experience with company valuation and financing models.
  • Proficient in handling annual financial statements, business performance analyses, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.
  • Strong understanding of capital requirements, liquidity, debt service capacity, and economic viability.
  • Experience with small and/or medium-sized enterprises and an understanding of the specifics of owner-managed businesses.
  • Ability to clearly and practically convey complex valuation, financing, and transaction issues.
  • Experience in conceptualizing and conducting workshops, information formats, or technical events.
  • Excellent German language skills and professional communication.
  • Structured, meticulous, and independent work style.
  • Reflective use of digital analysis tools, financial models, and AI.
  • Demonstrated experience in transactions, financing, or valuation projects, including personal responsibility and achieving reliable results.
