About the Role
Step into the spotlight as our Games 2IC at Kingpin Macarthur where you'll be the go-to for hands-on game fixes & updates, and double as a merchandising guru! In this role, you'll use a mix of technical, management and organisation skills to ensure the Winner's Vault tells remarkable stories, your team works towards set goals, and the games are providing the ultimate (and safest) experience to our guests!

Requirements
- Hold a valid WWCC or be willing to obtain one
- Previous supervisory/management experience in fast-paced environments like hospitality, retail, or entertainment
- Obsessed with guest experience and know how to build a team that delivers WOW moments
- Stock management down to a science
- Strong merchandising skills
- True team player – reliable, supportive, and always ready to jump in
