About the Role
Support occupancy growth across Catholic Healthcare’s Residential Care Homes by managing enquiries, referrals, and opportunities through the sales journey, helping prospective residents and families understand their options and transition smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Managing customer leads and enquiries to support sales targets across allocated Homes
- Actioning referrals received through CRM systems and working closely with relevant internal teams
- Tracking, following up and progressing opportunities through the end-to-end sales cycle
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities and forecasts in the CRM
- Supporting Homes to manage waitlists and forecast admissions through regular occupancy meetings
- Explaining relevant terms, conditions and financial information to prospective residents and families
- Working with Residential Managers, Administration teams and other stakeholders to remove barriers and support smooth admissions
- Providing a positive customer experience through clear, timely and professional communication
- Identifying process improvements and sharing customer insights to support better outcomes
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service in a busy, customer-facing environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with families, residents and stakeholders
- Strong administrative skills, CRM Management and system accuracy
- Excellent data entry and record maintenance, documentation and reporting skills
- Confidence managing a sales pipeline, following processes and meeting deadlines
- Experience using CRM software or sales management tools, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Adaptability and resilience to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Knowledge of aged care, healthcare or community services would be highly regarded
