About the Role
As a Fun Squad Leader for our Kingpin Macarthur venue, you will lead and delegate to our FunSquad with a passionate and nurturing style. You will be supported by and also provide support to the management team, with a focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none.
Responsibilities

- Ensure guest experience is second to none.
Requirements
- Must hold a valid WWCC/WWVP/OCHRE/BLUE Card Certification.
- Strong and diligent leader, effectively able to take charge of shifts and act as a partner to the high performing FunSquad.
- Strive to deliver remarkable guest experiences and only the best business results.
- Natural ability to create positive relationships, dazzle guests, and motivate sales.
- Extensive availability across night times and weekends.
