Responsibilities
- Conduct health management, health promotion guidance, education, and consultations.
- Perform mental health intake interviews and schedule appointments with occupational physicians.
- Promote interviews for individuals with high stress levels identified through stress checks.
- Provide guidance and encourage participation in health check-ups.
- Follow up after health check-ups and provide health guidance.
- Attend meetings regarding overwork and provide guidance.
- Participate in safety and health committees and workplace inspections.
- Conduct health education, including managing and implementing health seminars, creating posters, and writing newsletters.
- Handle general health-related administrative tasks.
- Perform duties as outlined in Article 14 of the Industrial Safety and Health Act for occupational physicians.
- Conduct health examinations and implement measures to maintain worker health based on the results.
- Provide counseling for individuals working excessive hours and implement necessary measures, including those to maintain worker health based on the results.
- Conduct psychological burden assessments, counseling, and implement measures to maintain worker health based on the results.
- Manage the work environment.
- Manage work tasks.
- Manage overall worker health.
- Provide health education, health consultations, and other measures to promote worker health.
- Provide hygiene education.
- Investigate the causes of worker health impairments and implement measures for recurrence prevention.
Requirements
- Public Health Nurse qualification.
- Class 1 Health Officer qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in occupational health is desirable.
- Ability to communicate in business emails in English. (Application is possible even without a TOEIC score; discussion is possible if there is no resistance to English.)
- Ability to actively engage in employee health management with a cooperative attitude.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a full-time occupational physician is desirable; experience as a part-time occupational physician is negotiable.
- Possess expertise as an occupational physician and actively promote occupational health activities in collaboration with the company.

- Lead Public Health Nurse Candidate: Annual salary 5.5 million - 6 million JPY
- Staff Public Health Nurse: Annual salary 4.1 million - 5 million JPY
- Occupational Physician: Monthly salary 1.0 million - 1.25 million JPY (for 4 days/week)
