About the Role

Casual positions available. Every individual in our homes has a story. You’ll get to know each one as you lend a hand with daily life, work with our team to support those with challenging needs, help keep our residents’ bodies and minds active, keep tabs on our residents’ health, and be a friend to our residents, ensuring their privacy and dignity is respected.

Responsibilities

• Lend a hand with daily life – making sure our residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed
• Work with our team to support those with challenging needs
• Help keep our residents’ bodies and minds active
• Keep tabs on our residents’ health – helping with treatments
• Be a friend to our residents
• Make sure every resident’s privacy and dignity is respected

Requirements

• A true team player and great communicator
• A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
• A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
• Time spent working as a caregiver or similar
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
• All shortlisted applicants will need to pass the required background checks.
• During the influenza season, all staff are required to provide evidence of a current influenza vaccination.
