About the Role

At MetaFlow, you will take full responsibility for our IT landscape, from hardware to Google Workspace and the tool stack. You will not just maintain a system, but actively shape its development.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for complete hardware administration, including ordering, onboarding support, employee support, and secure decommissioning.
• You will build our account and rights management within the Google landscape and ensure smooth operation.
• You will implement an efficient access management system for easy granting and revocation of permissions.
• You will manage and maintain our company tools (e.g., Slack, Notion), including account setup and ongoing monitoring.
• You will ensure that lost or terminated devices can be reliably blocked, as data security is our priority.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in a comparable IT admin role, ideally with experience building IT structures from scratch in a startup or scale-up.
• In-depth experience with Google Workspace setup.
• Independent and structured way of working – you don't wait for instructions but identify needs and build solutions.
• Native-level German language skills.
• Affinity for AI tools and AI setup.
