About the Role
BizOps at FSH owns and solves problems that nobody else owns yet, focusing on growth and systems to enable a small team to serve large institutions. This role is open-ended, suitable for a generalist, and offers direct work with the leadership team to see the whole business. The impact and ownership are determined by demonstrated performance.
Responsibilities
- Own the government growth engine end-to-end, including market research and pipeline development.
- Write and assemble bid responses, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency.
- Build internal tools and automations to increase team reach.
- Own data and run analyses to drive team decision-making.
- Take on high-priority ambiguous projects with minimal direction.
- Build processes that can run independently to allow focus on new problems.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in a high-output role (e.g., management consulting, investment banking, private equity, founder, or early-employee).
- Technical ability including pulling data, writing SQL, scripting, and basic code comprehension for conversations with engineers.
- Strong analytical instincts with the ability to think in numbers and data models.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a strong bias toward action.
