About the Role
Join the team as a F&B Attendant and be part of a vibrant team delivering standout service across the hotel's food & beverage outlets. Shifts are available covering evening a la carte restaurant service, and morning shifts for breakfast, lunch, and events.
Responsibilities
- Deliver standout service across food & beverage outlets.
- Work evening shifts covering the a la carte restaurant.
- Work morning shifts covering breakfast, lunch, and events.
- Carry multiple plates and clear tables.
- Anticipate guest needs and be adaptable.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience as a F&B attendant or waitstaff, ideally in hotels, restaurants & events.
- Proven knowledge of food and beverage items, including wine and cocktails.
- Barista experience is ideal but not essential.
- Warm, friendly, and approachable manner with guest experience at the forefront.
- Must be able to carry multiple plates and clear tables.
- Be able to anticipate the guests needs and be adaptable.
