About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a major Oracle HCM implementation. You will partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to drive a complex enterprise transformation, ensuring successful delivery across scope, budget, timeline, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle delivery of an Oracle HCM implementation.
• Manage project scope, governance, risks, issues, budget, and schedule.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders across business, HR, technology, and vendors.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver key project milestones.
• Drive project planning, reporting, RAID management, and executive communications.
• Ensure successful change management, testing, deployment, and business readiness.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects as a Senior Project Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM modules and implementation methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience managing enterprise-scale transformation programs.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong vendor and third-party management experience.
• Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
• Experience delivering HR transformation programs.
