About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a major Oracle HCM implementation. You will partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to drive a complex enterprise transformation, ensuring successful delivery across scope, budget, timeline, and quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle delivery of an Oracle HCM implementation.
- Manage project scope, governance, risks, issues, budget, and schedule.
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders across business, HR, technology, and vendors.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver key project milestones.
- Drive project planning, reporting, RAID management, and executive communications.
- Ensure successful change management, testing, deployment, and business readiness.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects as a Senior Project Manager.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM modules and implementation methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience managing enterprise-scale transformation programs.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong vendor and third-party management experience.
- Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
- Experience delivering HR transformation programs.
