About the Role
As a Retail Team Member, you will create, support, and contribute to a high-performance culture, ensuring a great customer experience across the store. You will assist with customer-facing tasks and back-of-house operations.
Responsibilities
- Help across a number of areas within stores, from customer-facing to back-of-house.
- Provide a high level of customer service standards, including pre, during, and post-sale.
- Contribute to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising of all products on the sales floor.
- Support the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store, following store receiving processes.
Requirements
- Passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances, and/or games.
- Enthusiastic, passionate, and highly motivated.
- Customer focus and results-driven.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
