About the Role

In the domains of financial accounting, management accounting, budget management, and performance management, you will drive End to End execution from the initial planning and conceptualization phase through the design, development, go-live, stabilization, and value realization of new systems. You will lead the delivery of IT solutions (including core systems like SAP and Oracle, related solutions like Tagetik and Anaplan, and relevant generative AI technologies) that provide value to the Chief Financial Officer, taking ownership of requirements definition, design, implementation, testing, and go-live in collaboration with business users and IT departments. Depending on your experience, you may participate as a team member or take on roles such as Project Manager or Solution Architect.

Responsibilities

Define the grand design of technology architecture across core systems, EPM, data warehouses, and AI platforms for the entire finance and management accounting domain.
Deliver AI-driven implementations (design, implementation, testing) for IT solutions such as SAP S/4 HANA FI/CO, Oracle ERP Cloud, Tagetik, and Anaplan.
Execute AI-driven data migration plans, integration testing plans for related systems, and interface implementations.
Lead the technology aspect of implementing touchless operations for CFO departments (Accounting, Finance, Corporate Planning, IR, Sustainability) with a focus on generative AI utilization.
Drive process reforms and IT implementations for accounts receivable/payable management, closing/general accounting, fixed asset management, annual budget preparation, forecast management, consolidated accounting, performance management, and management accounting.
Supervise and develop team members.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of implementation/deployment experience with SAP S/4 HANA FI/CO, Oracle ERP Cloud, CCH Tagetik, or Anaplan.
Minimum 2 years of implementation/deployment experience with SAP SAC/Datasphere, BW, BDC, BPC, BOFC, or BTP.
Minimum 2 years of implementation/deployment experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, Hyperion Planning, or HFM.
Minimum 2 years of experience in detailed design, construction, testing, and go-live support for accounting systems.
Actively seeking candidates from SI vendors, consulting firms, or business companies with a strong interest in technology.
Interest in financial accounting, management accounting, and budget/performance management domains.
