About the Role

Green Irony turns AI into Actual Intelligence, accelerating outcomes by proving complexity is optional. We operate our company on the same AI-native systems we build for clients, enabling a small team to deliver enterprise-grade integrations rapidly with senior US-based engineers working alongside AI.

Responsibilities

• Own technical solutions end to end, from discovery through architecture, build, and delivery.
• Design and build integrations and connected systems across MuleSoft, Salesforce, and modern AI and agentic tooling.
• Work alongside AI agents daily, directing, reviewing, debugging, and hardening AI-generated code.
• Translate ambiguous client problems into clear technical solutions, face-to-face with the client.
• Own technical direction on engagements and help raise the team's practices as tools and methods evolve.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering foundation with an understanding of performance, reusability, and sound engineering practice.
• Hands-on integration experience, used recently and regularly, across enterprise systems (API-led, event-driven, composable integration).
• Real, hands-on AI practice, using AI and agents in engineering work to generate, refactor, and debug code, and ability to review and harden AI-produced code.
• Security depth across secure coding fundamentals (OWASP Top 10, input validation, authentication/authorization, dependency management).
• Infrastructure security experience, including secrets management, network segmentation, encryption, and least-privilege IAM.
• AI and agent data-security judgment regarding safe data exposure and credential handling with AI tools.
• Hands-on cloud experience with AWS or Azure (compute/serverless, storage, IAM, infrastructure-as-code).
• Architect-level scope, owning architecture and stack decisions, leading discovery, and operationalizing new tools and practices.
• Client-facing discovery and solutioning experience, translating ambiguous business problems into technical solutions.
