About the Role
The Project Coordinator - II will manage, coordinate, and execute the project plan, participating in the delivery of all activities and managing resources for efficiency and project profitability. The primary objective is to support the Project Manager in delivering high-quality project results efficiently. This role may lead smaller projects at the discretion of the Manager.
Responsibilities
- Visit client sites to determine conditions and requirements for system design and installation.
- Work with the Project Management team to develop and manage schedules, resources plan, procurement, project commissioning and risk mitigation strategies, while controlling costs and maximizing productivity through the implementation of best practices and standard processes.
- Assist and manage the collection of technical documentation (e.g., shop drawings, as-builts) and prepare closeout packages.
- Effectively manage and maintain all written and verbal project communications.
- Maintain client satisfaction and promptly resolve any concerns.
- Attend site visits and client walk-throughs.
- Ensure the highest quality delivery for our clients.
- Perform other tasks as required.
Requirements
- Must have Driver’s License.
- 1-3 years previous project coordination/management experience is required.
- Previous experience collecting and managing technical documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project software.
- Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and work with multiple deadlines.
