About the Role
Community Managers are at the center of building relationships, solving problems, creating connections, and shaping the day-to-day experience of the space. This role combines customer success, hospitality, account management, and community building, offering the opportunity to make a real impact on member satisfaction, retention, and the overall experience of the space.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for members, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience.
- Manage member accounts and ongoing relationships, focusing on satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
- Drive customer success initiatives through proactive engagement, personalized service, and efficient issue resolution.
- Actively manage and improve key performance indicators, including member retention, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and ancillary revenue.
- Identify risks to member satisfaction or retention early and address them with thoughtful, solution-oriented approaches.
- Ensure close collaboration with the Sales Team for upsell or contract extension opportunities.
- Ensure close collaboration with operations and maintenance teams for smooth daily operations and service excellence.
- Create a welcoming, professional, and hospitality-driven environment tailored to the needs of corporate and enterprise members.
- Engage and nurture the community through meaningful touchpoints and carefully selected activities.
- Continuously refine service processes and standards based on member feedback and KPI insight.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Previous experience in face-to-face customer service and sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of German, both written and spoken.
- A proactive, practical mindset with the ability to think on your feet and take initiative.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to anticipate customer needs and translate feedback into action.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-moving environment, ideally within hospitality or another service-oriented industry.
