About the Role
As a Store Manager, you will manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience. You will oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, maintain budgets, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory. You will also ensure safety and security protocols are followed and that the store always looks its best.
Responsibilities
- Manage talent and inspire the team to ensure a great customer experience.
- Ensure each customer receives an unforgettable experience and a custom-fit solution.
- Meet or exceed sales goals by overseeing store operations.
- Maintain assigned budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory.
- Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring adherence to safety, security, and company policies.
- Ensure the store always looks its best.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience.
- 1 year of previous sales management experience.
- Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
- May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion.
- Requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing and walking.
- Requires recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities.
- Requires recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.
- Involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines.
- May occasionally include exposure to irritant chemicals.
- Must complete required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
