About the Role

As an HR Manager (m/f/d), you will take responsibility for our more than 400 employees, both at our HQ in Berlin and in our nationwide portfolio companies. As we grow monthly through acquisitions of property management companies, your responsibility will increase rapidly. To optimally fulfill the role, you need a strong understanding of processes, expertise in labor law, and an entrepreneurial way of working and thinking.

Responsibilities

• Design and standardize HR processes, such as setting up employment contracts and implementing contract adjustments, nationwide.
• Manage our HR system Personio, which is used nationwide, and ensure high data quality with your future team.
• Advise our HQ Leadership and our Property Management Team on all labor law matters.

Requirements

• Over three years of full-time work experience in HR, having built processes from scratch and taken full responsibility for them.
• At least 2 years of experience in a high-growth environment, such as a VC-funded startup or PE-funded company.
• Highly ambitious and eager to build your own team.
• Native German speaker.
• Willingness to work in-office.
