About the Role
In this role, you will support clients in implementing their strategy with innovative technologies within Consulting – Technology Strategy and Transformation. Our team designs and manages digital transformation programs that make companies permanently more agile. Help us achieve our shared success and make a difference with us.
Responsibilities
- Empower clients to use Generative and Agentic AI in production, from identifying relevant use cases to technical implementation and operationalizing value-driving solutions.
- Identify and realize concrete AI use cases in the shop floor, creating real added value through better decisions, higher efficiency, and reduced downtimes.
- Design innovative AI solutions for the factory of the future, connecting modern GenAI technologies like Agents, MCP, and Skills with real production processes and data.
- Take responsibility for structuring and implementing GenAI transformations with your team, from Manufacturing Analytics and AI-assisted systems to scalable GenAI platforms, with direct impact in the shop floor.
- Act as a liaison between business and IT, translating production requirements into scalable AI solutions, actively participating in their implementation, and making complex content understandable for stakeholders.
- Drive your own ideas forward, develop innovative solutions for the shop floor, design demos, workshops, and prototypes, and actively position them with clients.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in conception, development, and implementation of (Gen)AI solutions, ideally in a consulting environment, with a focus on user-centric and innovative applications (Product Thinking Mindset).
- Sound programming skills in Python (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, Docking, Pandas, NumPy) and SQL.
- Practical experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Good understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and AIOps/MLOps for operationalizing GenAI applications.
- Ideally, experience with modern web frameworks like React, Angular, Next.js, or Svelte.
- Completed studies in Artificial Intelligence, (Business) Informatics, (Business) Engineering, or comparable fields.
- High communication skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- Very good German and English skills (at least C1).
