About the Role
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will lead and consolidate budgets, design and implement rolling forecasts, build complex financial models, translate financial data into actionable insights, and collaborate across teams to drive strategic decision-making and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead and consolidate budgets across all business entities, ensuring financial alignment company-wide.
- Own complex workstreams independently from start to finish.
- Design and implement rolling forecasts and establish a continuous planning mindset.
- Build and maintain complex financial models that enable scenario, sensitivity, and long-term planning.
- Audit and restructure legacy models to improve scalability.
- Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights to help leaders make the right strategic choices.
- Demonstrate a strong command of the bridge between operational KPIs and financial statements (P&L, BS, CF).
- Collaborate across teams, acting as a strategic link between Finance, Strategy, and Data Analytics.
- Drive efficiency across the team by automating manual reporting tasks.
- Champion AI-powered tools to accelerate delivery and insight.
- Support the implementation of a planning tool as we modernize our forecasting ecosystem.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or business analysis.
- A data-driven mindset, passionate about connecting numbers to business realities.
- Deep experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and scenario planning.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to simplify complex analyses into business narratives.
- Experience with (or curiosity for) planning tools (e.g. Anaplan, LucaNet, Jedox) or data querying (SQL, Power BI, Tableau) and AI tools — from LLM-assisted analysis to automation workflows.
- Agile and collaborative approach, thriving in dynamic and fast-scaling environments.
- Fluent in English.
