About the Role

Play a critical role on key projects for Lab49 clients, designing innovative applications that solve complex problems and enhance performance and productivity. Work with a dedicated team to enhance a flagship wealth management mobile platform, delivering new features, modernizing experiences, and driving product innovation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI/ UIKit, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and architectural patterns (e.g., MVVM).
• Perform unit and integration testing to ensure application quality and stability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience with native iOS development
• Proficiency in Swift and experience with native iOS development tools such as Xcode, SwiftUI, and UIKit
• Experience with GitLab/ GitHub
• Familiarity with integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries
• Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices to create intuitive and engaging user experiences
• A strong portfolio of released applications on the App Store
• Experience with AppConfig community standards and enterprise app distribution
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for mobile applications
• Knowledge and/ or experience with the asset management (ideally - wealth management) domain
