About the Role
We are seeking independent professional Cleaning Subcontractors who are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and enjoy providing the highest level of service to clients. This role offers job flexibility and the opportunity to be included on our list of interested subcontractors.
Responsibilities
- Complete cleaning per provided instructions within the allotted time
- Maintain contact with Operations/ Site Manager regarding any issues, notes, or necessary information
- Have and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, unless provided by Alpine
Requirements
- A valid business registration number
- A GST Number
- Workers' compensation coverage
- Third Part Legal Liability Insurance
- Experience in Light/heavy duty cleaning, strip & waxing, using Auto Scrubbers, Burnishers and Polishers
- Experience in cleaning large retail stores
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
