Responsibilities

Consult with customers to find a vehicle that fits their specific wants and needs.
Prospect and contact potential customers.
Reach agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments.
Professionally complete all sales-related paperwork.
Follow the Ed Morse “Steps to the Sale” to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Minimum 1-year retail sales or customer service experience required.
Steady work history and a strong desire to succeed.
Basic MS Office knowledge and internet proficiency.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and follow-through skills.
Valid Driver's license with motorcycle endorsement.
