About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our fast-paced, high-energy kitchen. You will prep, cook, and plate delicious dishes across various stations, contributing to our collection of full-service restaurants known for nutrient-dense, thoughtfully crafted dishes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas, and more
- Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
- Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations
Requirements
- 6+ months in a high-volume restaurant (preferred)
- Exceptional knife skills and recipe execution
- Passion for great food and quality presentation
- Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays
- Teamwork, speed, and organization under pressure
