About the Role
The Regional VP, Executive Services (ES) acts as a general manager for a team of Executive Planning Consultants (EPCs) and Regional Directors. This role is responsible for leading the team to enhance client satisfaction, drive planning and solutions, and grow market share with plan sponsors and their Executives. The individual will ensure the effective execution of the Executive Services model and collaborate with internal and external partners to address complex client needs.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for hiring, training, performance management, coaching, and development of ES staff, including onboarding and cultural integration.
- Accountable for overall business results within their territory, including loyalty and AUA/AUM growth.
- Ensures consistent use and implementation of technology, training, and other new initiatives.
- Supports the ES team to improve the overall offering, products, systems, processes, policies, and procedures.
- Accountable for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, performing periodic reviews and compliance audits.
- Manages all relationship and sales practice and Plan Sponsor escalations.
- Oversees all audit-related issues and institutes processes to ensure compliance.
- Manages cross-company partnerships and alliances to drive business opportunities.
- Develops and maintains business partner relationships and participates in corporate leadership activities.
- Provides input to shape the evolution of the Executive Services offering.
- Oversees the management of the physical space both internally and externally.
- Partners with PWI teams to define launch/implementation plan details.
- Participates in sales and relationship management activities with Plan Sponsors and Executives.
- Analyzes current state and identifies potential improvements across PWI.
- Participates in cross-functional working teams to clarify and validate new initiatives.
- Develops and monitors new deliverables and implements pilot programs.
- Partners with LRC to implement and deliver new policies, technologies, and operational efficiencies.
- Prepares necessary information, reports, or proposals to address client issues or business development opportunities.
- Helps manage ES infrastructure including relationship management, processing, and service.
- Establishes and maintains working relationships internally and externally.
Requirements
- Series 7 (General Securities), Series 9/10 (General Supervisory Principal), and Series 66 (Investment Advisor) licenses required.
- A minimum of 10+ years of relevant financial services experience required.
- Proven track record in sales management.
- Relevant HNW client experience in dealing with complex wealth management issues.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining high-performing teams.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.

- Solid understanding of workplace benefits plans, High Net Worth products and services, consultative skills, and planning/guidance tools.
- Superior presentation and communication skills with the ability to interface at any level within and outside the firm.
