About the Role
This role plays a critical part in delivering an exceptional customer experience by coordinating measurements, installations, and communication between customers, sales, and installation crews.
Responsibilities
- Schedule customer measurement and installation appointments
- Coordinate installation crew schedules to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Review sales orders and final measurements for completeness and accuracy before installation
- Provide exceptional customer service and professional phone support
- Maintain accurate scheduling information and data within company systems
- Assist with additional administrative and office responsibilities as needed
Requirements
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in a construction or home improvement environment
- Excellent customer service and professional telephone etiquette
- Strong computer skills with experience using scheduling software, spreadsheets, and data entry systems
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and time management skills
