About the Role
Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a School Age Childcare Site Supervisor for our After School Program at Lee F. Jackson Elementary School in White Plains, NY, for the 2026-2027 school year. This role is ideal for individuals who love working with children and are passionate about supporting student growth in a mission-driven team environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure children are engaged, safe, and having fun.
- Maintain program quality reflecting Healthy Kids Program’s model.
- Ensure the site is fully staffed daily with prepared and supported teachers.
- Operate the site in ratio at all times.
- Maintain accurate and current records.
- Ensure the program is ready for inspection.
- Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and materials.
- Restock supplies before they run out.
Requirements
- Must meet one of the following qualification options:
- A high school diploma or its equivalent; and two years of direct experience working with children under 13 years of age.
- A School-age Child Care Credential or other Office recognized credential specific to the school-age developmental period, and one year of experience working with children less than 13 years of age.
- Associate’s degree in Child Development, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Recreation, or a related field.
- Must pass a full background check, including fingerprinting and reference checks.
- Must be medically fit to perform job duties which includes a clear TB.
- Warm, friendly, professional, and reliable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.

Experience Level
- Two years of direct experience working with children under 13 years of age (with HS diploma)
- One year of experience working with children less than 13 years of age (with credential)

Salary/Compensations
- $17.00 per hour
