About the Role
Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a School Age Childcare Site Supervisor for their After School Program at Netherwood Elementary School in Hyde Park, NY, for the 2026-2027 school year. This role is ideal for individuals who love working with children and are passionate about creating positive learning experiences through play.
Responsibilities
- Ensure children are engaged, safe, and having fun.
- Maintain program quality aligned with Healthy Kids Programs' model.
- Ensure the site is fully staffed with prepared and supported teachers.
- Operate the site in compliance with all required ratios.
- Maintain accurate and current records.
- Ensure the program is ready for inspection.
- Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and materials for teachers.
- Restock supplies before they run out.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferably have 1 year of experience working with children under 13.
- Must be medically cleared of any communicable diseases, including TB.
- Must be warm, friendly, and upbeat.
- Possess exceptional people skills, be professional, reliable, and prompt.
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, carry (up to 50 lbs.), and keep up with children.

- Morning Program: 7:00 - 9:45 am
- Afternoon Program: 3:30 - 6:30 pm
Experience Level

- $16.50 per hour
