About the Role
As a Business Transformation Manager at Fiserv, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, tackling ambiguous, high-priority challenges with a structured problem-solving approach. You will translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps, drive alignment across diverse cross-functional stakeholders, and lead complex initiatives from concept through execution. Your role will involve designing scalable operating models, facilitating executive workshops, building business cases, overseeing pilot programs, establishing KPI frameworks, and coaching junior team members to ensure quality execution and long-term value realization.
Responsibilities

- Translate strategic objectives into actionable, measurable roadmaps.
- Drive alignment across diverse, cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Technology, Sales, Operations, Finance).
- Influence teams without direct authority.
- Proactively resolve risks, dependencies, and execution barriers.
- Lead complex initiatives from concept through execution.
- Design scalable operating models and process improvements.
- Facilitate executive workshops.
- Build leadership-ready business cases.
- Oversee pilot programs through to full operationalization.
- Establish rigorous KPI frameworks to track business impact.
- Coach junior team members to ensure quality execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven track record managing large, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across organizations without direct reporting authority.
- Strong executive communication skills, including development of presentations for Vice Presidents, Senior Vice Presidents, and executive leadership teams.
- Experience translating ambiguous business problems into structured recommendations and execution plans.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience leveraging data to support decision-making.
- Excellent project management skills with experience managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and executive reporting.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
