About the Role

Performs repairs and preventative maintenance duties, ensuring the building is maintained in a clean, attractive, and safe condition. Responds to emergency building maintenance and security requests.

• Performs repairs and preventative maintenance duties.
• Ensures the building is maintained in a clean, attractive, and safe condition.
• Responds to emergency building maintenance and security requests.
• On-call services for building maintenance, emergency, and safety matters.

Requirements

• High school completed with relevant course.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience, preferably in building maintenance.
• Knowledge of legislations and relevant procedures regarding building standards, fire and safety.
• Some knowledge of preventive maintenance programs for building systems and ground maintenance.
• Experience working with seniors is an asset.
• Satisfactory Police Reference Check (with vulnerable sector screen) Result.
• Successful applicants must provide a recent satisfactory vulnerable sector police reference check and medical clearance certificate.

Skills

• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
