About the Role

Every day, you'll be at the center of it all, creating meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise. Meeting sales targets and earning commission is powered by AT&T's full suite of products, including the latest devices and personalized services.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach, guiding customers through their options.
• Be a part of the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9 am-9 pm, including weekends.
• Be flexible and open to change in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training, and coaching you need to meet and exceed your goals!

Salary/Compensations

• $19.99 - $22.63 per hour, plus up to $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met.
• Uncapped commission opportunities, overachieving goals earns top sellers $62,460 per year.
• Individual's starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
