Responsibilities
- Carry out site inspections, investigations, and feasibility studies for proposed projects.
- Assist with the collection and analysis of data and field samples.
- Assist in geotechnical engineering design and preparation of drawings.
- Support specific projects, including planning, coordination, and report writing.
- Contribute to proposal and bid development, including preparing proposal material.
- Complete all work in line with Stantec Core Values and relevant quality, safety, and environmental systems.
- Minimize and control risk through commitment to Stantec's Health & Safety programs and proactive use of project management systems.
Requirements
- Degree qualified, ideally in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Technically competent in all relevant fields of Engineering.
- Passion for learning and problem-solving.
- Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or NZ Citizen.
- Currently in the final year of degree or 1-2 years post-graduation.
- Physically capable of working in remote field environments for extended periods.
- Australian Driver's License.
