Responsibilities
- Develop designs for the construction, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems for building and built environment projects.
- Engage with stakeholders including authorities, clients, suppliers, and project team members.
- Collaborate with architects, structural designers, and other design professionals.
- Participate in planning and feasibility studies, concept, and detailed design.
- Undertake site-based investigations and construction phase site visits for a start-to-finish experience.
- Assess existing installations and systems for compliance and upgrades.
- Create drawings and schematics using REVIT, 3D modelling, and BIM software.
- Perform calculations to analyze and design electrical system components.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering
- Passion for learning and problem-solving
- Australian Citizen, PR, or NZ Citizen
- Currently in final year of degree or 1-2 years post-graduation
