About the Role

Clear Channel Outdoor (CCO) is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable Program Specialist for the RADAR Data Products team. This fast-paced role involves translating client advertising objectives into actionable data solutions using the industry-leading RADAR platform, supporting end-to-end delivery across various accounts and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the media landscape, advertising trends, and RADAR Data Platform capabilities.
  • Lead the complete life cycle of RADAR campaigns, including client meetings, setup, quality assurance, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
  • Support discovery sessions and pre-sales meetings, documenting advertising objectives and identifying relevant RADAR data solutions.
  • Monitor campaign performance against key metrics and client KPIs, flagging anomalies, identifying trends, and escalating issues with recommendations.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on data deliverables and campaign outputs, resolving discrepancies.
  • Produce custom analyses, dashboards, and reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of campaigns and project activity in platforms like Jira and Confluence.
  • Support vendor relationship management by understanding partner capabilities and workflows.
  • Gather and synthesize client feedback to inform capability improvements and drive adoption.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation, training materials, and demo assets.
  • Manage assigned project workstreams, balancing day-to-day campaign priorities.
  • Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to streamline workflows and improve deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) years working in ad tech, mar tech, data or digital advertising.
  • Experience in a large corporate organization with success in growing product usage and revenue through in-market evangelization.
  • Understanding of ad serving, analytics, and programmatic principles (Real-time bidding, Demand and Supply-side platforms & Data Management Platforms).
  • Experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Microsoft PowerBI, Mode, or Tableau.
  • Experience leading and executing attribution studies and data programs for advertiser campaigns.
  • Experience working with and managing relationships with third-party research companies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • Attention to detail and precision in all tasks.
  • Business perspective to enhance business performance.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-centric approach to all interactions and deliverables.
  • Data literacy, including comfort with audience data and campaign metrics.

  • Ability to sit and/or stand at a desk for a minimum of 8 hours a day.
  • Ability to complete tasks requiring repetitive use of hands.
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 15 pounds.
  • Ability to see written documents and computer screens and adjust focus.
  • 5-10% travel to client meetings and industry events.
