About the Role
This six-week paid internship is designed to attract young talent and offer recent graduates or final university year students a chance to grow and develop within the industry. The role aims to equip interns with the skills and knowledge necessary to kick-start their careers, offering hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to various print and digital aspects of magazine publishing.
Responsibilities
- Upload content to CMS
- Assist with newsletter creation
- Assist with basic social media scheduling
- Complete writing tasks across APL titles, when required
- Conduct editorial research, when required
- Perform picture research, when required
- Assist with various admin tasks across APL titles
- Pitch ideas, when required
- Engage in content creation, when required
- Uphold editorial standards of APL Media
- Complete tasks timely
- Contribute to all editorial channels
- Seek out opportunities beyond listed responsibilities
Requirements
- Previous experience in an internship/entry-level role
- Previous writing experience
