About the Role
One Medical is a primary care solution dedicated to transforming healthcare by making quality care more affordable, accessible, and enjoyable. We are seeking current Residents or Fellows completing their training in 2025 or 2026 for our San Francisco / Bay Area offices. Responsibilities
- Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
- Treat patients in-office or in testing centers, and conduct occasional telehealth visits.
- Engage in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
- Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams.
- Utilize specific clinical training and perform in-office procedures.
- Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program.
- Must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam.
- State licensed in California, obtained before your One Medical start date.

- Ability to successfully communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds.
- Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care.
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care.
- Desire to be an integral part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery.
- Openness to feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into strengths and weaknesses.
- Ability to confidently navigate uncertain situations with both patients and colleagues.
- Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet the needs of our patients.

Salary/Compensations
- $308,700 to $347,300
