About the Role
This role is for a collaborative leader with strong mechanical and electrical maintenance experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The individual will plan and coordinate daily maintenance activities, support continuous improvement, develop team members, and partner with production to minimize downtime while maintaining a safe workplace.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and develop a team of maintenance mechanics and electricians.
- Plan, prioritize, and assign daily maintenance work to support production schedules and business objectives.
- Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation-related equipment issues.
- Partner closely with Production, Engineering, and other departments to identify and implement equipment and process improvements.
- Monitor maintenance work quality and ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.
- Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with all company policies, OSHA regulations, and environmental requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, productivity, cost reduction, and operational excellence.
- Assist with maintenance planning, inventory management, contractor coordination, and capital improvement projects as needed.
- Maintain accurate maintenance documentation, work orders, and equipment records.
- Provide ongoing training, performance coaching, and development opportunities for maintenance team members.
Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
- Previous experience leading or supervising a team in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial maintenance systems.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) preferred.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, prioritize multiple projects, and perform effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Salary/Compensations
- $64,500 – $80,000 annually
