Safewill is transforming estate planning and end-of-life services with accessible technology. This broad, high-ownership role is for someone comfortable analysing data, shaping strategy, and executing on ambitious ideas to drive measurable results and create value.

Responsibilities

• Work with leaders across Safewill to identify key opportunities and challenges.
• Bring structure to ambiguous questions and clarify decisions.
• Analyze customer, commercial, and operational data to develop insights.
• Build business cases, forecasts, and recommendations outlining options and trade-offs.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from decision through implementation.
• Set clear plans, responsibilities, milestones, and measures of success.
• Resolve blockers and assist with execution to keep work moving forward.
• Potentially span Growth, Enterprise, Product, or company-wide priorities based on impact.

Requirements

• Experience solving complex commercial, strategic, or operational problems.
• Proficiency in using spreadsheets and financial models.
• Experience with SQL or other data tools for data exploration and insight generation.
• Proven track record of translating analysis into practical recommendations and delivered outcomes.
• Sound commercial judgment and understanding of how businesses create value.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and build alignment across functions and seniority levels.
• Intellectual curiosity, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to take initiative.
• Ability to learn a new market quickly, ask thoughtful questions, and develop informed viewpoints.
