About the Role

This role will focus on building and optimizing data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and supporting analytics initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for large-scale datasets.
• Work with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Hadoop) to manage data storage and processing.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to ensure data availability and integrity.
• Implement data validation and monitoring tools to maintain high-quality datasets.
• Document workflows and contribute to best practices for data engineering.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with SQL and one programming language (Python, Java, or Scala).
• Understanding of data modelling and relational databases.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
