About the Role

Gain practical experience in the operation and optimization of energy generation plants and actively contribute to the energy transition. You will be able to work hands-on and contribute your own ideas.

Responsibilities

  • Support the operation, optimization, and maintenance of the wood-fired heating plant.
  • Analyze energy economic and regulatory frameworks for operating energy generation plants and assist in practical implementation.
  • Monitor and optimize the thermodynamic monitoring of energy generation plants using various tools.
  • Assist in the development and introduction of new digital tools.
  • Influence and actively shape the energy transition by optimizing our energy generation plants.

Requirements

  • Ongoing studies with a focus on engineering (e.g., Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Energy Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering) or Business Administration with a technical focus.
  • Organized, team-oriented, reliable, and structured work approach, even with multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive, independent work, communication skills, confident demeanor.
  • Strong interest in sustainable energy supply in an industrial context.
  • Previous experience in agencies, marketing departments, etc.
  • Availability for ideally 12-20 hours per week, full-time during semester breaks, and for at least 12 months.
