About the Company
- The Eberhardt Service Group GmbH is rethinking facility management: more digital, more efficient, and more responsible. With modern processes, high service quality, and the targeted use of new technologies, we create solutions that offer our customers real added value. We currently manage properties in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, with the ambition to actively shape the future of facility management. What sets us apart is not only our technological ambition but also the way we work together. We believe in direct communication, quick decisions, and real responsibility instead of unnecessary hierarchies. People here take on responsibility early, contribute their own ideas, and actively shape changes. Our environment is performance-oriented, pragmatic, and technology-open – at the same time, we place great value on trust, respect, and fair interaction with each other. Digitalization and the use of modern technologies, including AI, support our work. Decisions, especially in recruiting, are always made responsibly and with human involvement. We combine innovation with reliability, high standards with an open corporate culture, and ambitious goals with a strong team spirit. We are consciously growing not as an anonymous corporation, but as a modern company with a clear stance, short decision-making paths, and plenty of scope for people who want to make a difference.
Equal Opportunity
- Diversity makes us stronger. Success arises where people with different perspectives, experiences, and talents work together towards a common goal. Therefore, we live a corporate culture characterized by appreciation, openness, and mutual respect. We want to create a work environment where all people feel welcome and can develop their potential – regardless of gender, nationality, ethnic or social origin, religion or worldview, age, disability, sexual orientation, or gender identity. We see diversity not as an obligation, but as an enrichment. It makes us more innovative, strengthens our collaboration, and helps us develop better solutions for our customers. We naturally consider applications from people with severe disabilities or those with equivalent status in cases of equal suitability, in accordance with legal requirements. All personal formulations on our career page and in our job advertisements apply equally to all genders.
