About the Role
As a Talent Manager, you will be the central point of contact between our talents, course teams, and the operational and technical processes of the Talentspring Academy Group. You will ensure that course operations run smoothly and that our talents experience an inspiring, high-quality learning experience. As the first point of contact, you will support them from their entry to the successful completion of their course, handling all organizational and non-content-related aspects of their learning journey. Additionally, you will maintain contact with our clients and partners, especially with employment agencies, building close and trusting relationships.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end support of talents and course processes
- Full support of talents throughout the entire journey: pre-onboarding, onboarding, course support, offboarding, and after-course communication
- Building a trusting relationship with talents as the first point of contact for organizational, technical, and personal concerns
- Ensuring course schedules, timetables, in-person/online sessions, etc., are correctly planned and communicated
- Monitoring attendance, creating absence notifications, processing dropouts, measuring satisfaction; escalating or intervening if necessary
- Hardware management for talents in courses
- Close cooperation with instructors, course management, and administration to ensure the talent experience
- Ensuring a high-quality learning experience: gathering and analyzing talent feedback, making suggestions for improvement
- Collaboration on QM/certification processes (e.g., AZAV relevance) with the team
- Collaboration with product management on the further development of programs and course formats
- Close coordination with internal stakeholders: course management, marketing, IT, administration
- Clear information flow to participants: updates, feedback, escalations
- Documentation of processes, workflows, lessons learned
- Active identification of potential for follow-up programs or additional services
- Conducting feedback and exit interviews focusing on satisfaction and future prospects
- Systematic recording of needs and recommendations in the CRM
Requirements
- First experience (e.g., 1-3 years) in the field of training providers, course operations, learning management, or similar environments is desirable
- Affinity for digital tools and automation (e.g., proficient with spreadsheets, workflows, possibly CRM/LMS)
- Good organizational skills, high degree of independence (This role is 40% administrative tasks and 60% customer contact)
- Strong communication skills: supporting talents requires empathy, clarity, setting boundaries, problem-solving ability; supporting customers (employment agencies) requires de-escalation, customer satisfaction, flexibility
- Hands-on mentality: You pitch in when it matters
- Service orientation: Talents and our customers are the focus
- Team player: You work with many interfaces – collaboration is key
- Willingness to change: Digitization and tooling mean shaping processes
- Good German and (ideally) English language skills
