Responsibilities
- Meet and greet guests as they enter and exit attractions.
- Support and promote the guest first policy.
- Assist guests with special seating needs, wheelchairs, and strollers.
- Follow procedures for house opening, operating, and cleaning.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and positive manner.
- Recommend and discuss other attractions available to guests.
- Observe guests for safety and assistance.
- Assist guests and coworkers in problem-solving.
- Track guest count with a clicker to maintain accurate through-puts.
- Maintain regular and prompt attendance.
- Adhere to all grooming code standards.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must maintain a positive attitude and working environment.
- Must be able to handle stress.
- Must be able to troubleshoot problems and identify solutions.
- Must have strong work ethics and communication skills.
- Must have good leadership skills.
- Must be in good physical condition: able to stand for 20+ minutes and walk at a fast pace.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be trustworthy and work well with other team members.
