Responsibilities
- Effectively manage calendars for senior finance executives, including scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming meetings.
- Manage heavy phone detail.
- Arrange travel plans, including booking tickets, creating itineraries, and coordinating transportation.
- Liaise internally and externally with personnel, clients, and business associates.
- Update and maintain internal online filing systems.
- File and distribute materials.
- Work on special projects as needed.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple tasks.
- Maintain utmost discretion and confidentiality with finance matters.
- Strong and effective written and communication skills.

- Professional phone etiquette.
- Interest in finance is a plus.
Education Level
- College degree preferred, but not required.
Salary/Compensations
- $15.75 hourly (minimum)
- $21.00 hourly (maximum)
