The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning rooms, hallways, and other assigned areas in compliance with Company standards.

Maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times, providing personalized service.
Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Clean guest rooms to Company standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down walls.
Clean rooms within the established minutes-per-room guideline.
Follow Company policy for room cleaning.
Turn in all items left in guest rooms to the manager.
Maintain complete security of master room keys and return them at the end of the shift.
Report any maintenance issues that require immediate attention.
Assist with laundry duties.
Report any missing/found articles or damage to the Executive Housekeeper.
Provide assistance to other team members and departments to contribute to overall performance.
Perform other duties as assigned, requested, or deemed necessary.
