About the Role

Milwaukee Valve Company is seeking a Customer Data and Pricing Administrator to join their Inside Sales Department team in New Berlin, WI. This is a salaried-exempt position.

Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain customer and pricing data with a high degree of accuracy in company systems and records.
  • Create, maintain, and analyze spreadsheets to support pricing, reporting, forecasting, and business decision-making.
  • Support administrative and analytical activities as assigned.
  • Review data for completeness and accuracy, identify discrepancies, and take appropriate corrective action.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and support operational and contractual requirements.
  • Maintain organized documentation and adhere to established processes for data integrity and record retention.

  • Excel capabilities, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Copilot, and Outlook.
  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) SAP preferred.
