About the Role
We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Manager, Operations to operationalize the rollout and management of global projects for US + INTL markets. This role involves direct correspondence with local markets and coordination with other entities within the Mediabrands network. The individual will also be heavily involved in systems & tools, requiring strong Excel skills for data compilation, analysis, visualization, and automation.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with global team and local markets as needed.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure process compliance within set rules and proper use of systems globally.
- Manage budget/finance via Media Tools, including facilitation of spend/impression reporting, flowchart issuances, audit deliverables, and Orion savings.
- Serve as a connection point between analytics, planning, and investment teams for seamless data review/pass, launch Q/A, and data hygiene processes.
- Formally document processes, create templates, and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
- Coordinate education sessions, enterprise-level thought leadership, and POVs.
- Coordinate and manage the annual competitive deliverable schedule, ensuring team deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with agency partners to continuously improve ways of working.
- Help coordinate and manage day-to-day relationships with external partners (client + external agencies) and integrated internal teams across all SBUs.
- Manage and own key global process documents, such as recruitment trackers and weekly status reports.
Requirements
- Foundational knowledge of planning & investment processes, including trafficking, billing, and competitive analysis.
- Strong Excel experience.
